The world's fattest man has revealed he has not been able to leave his home for the past ten years.
Keith Martin said he specifically remembers the last time he left the house was on 9/11. Since then he has ballooned to 58 stone and was recently revealed as the heaviest man on Earth.
Mr Martin, 42, has said his condition has driven him to the brink of suicide and is now desperately trying to lost weight so reduce his 6ft waistline.

1. Thiago Silva (Brazil & Paris Saint-Germain)

The Brazilian has almost everything. Strong in the tackle and commanding in the air, the former AC Milan center back was outstanding in the 2010-11 season as the Rossoneri won their first Italian title since 2004. Silva is so comfortable on the ball, that he was even deployed in midfield by coach Massimiliano Allegri when injuries hit the squad. Franz Beckenbauer

Beckenbauer dominated the defense with his leadership, he was a great man marker and important player of the West Germany that won the World Cup in 1974. In the final of that tournament he had to mark Johan Cruyff and did this so well Cruyff was never able to play like he had done before at that tournament. "Der Kaiser" introduced a new style of play as an attacking sweeper, scoring 60 goals in 427 appearances for Bayern Munich.

Bobby Moore was captain of the English team that won the World Cup in 1966. He was also voted best player of the tournament. Pelé considers him as the greatest defender he ever played against. Moore was chosen as one of the two centre-backs in the World Team of the 20th Century, along with Beckenbauer.
