Eto'o trains alone ahead of Paris Saint-Germain clash

Samuel Eto'o trained alone as he bids to shake off a hamstring problem in time to feature for Chelseaagainst Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday evening.

The striker, who has missed the Blues' last three matches since limping out of the 6-0 victory over Arsenal at Stamford Bridge last month, worked separately under the supervision of assistant first team coach Rui Faria.

Andre Schurrle, however, did take full part in training despite being substituted in Chelsea's win over Stoke City on Saturday and is expected to be available to face PSG.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho should also be able to call on Jon Obi Mikel, after the Nigerian took part in the morning session despite missing the game against the Potters with injury.

January signings Nemanja Matic and Mohamed Salah are cup-tied for Wednesday's game, while Ramires is suspended having been booked in the 3-1 first-leg loss at the Parc des Princes
